Office Manager – Perry County (Tell City)

Full Time - 1st Shift

High school diploma or GED and experience in a medical office required. Supervisory experience also desired. Position supervises secretarial staff at the front desk. This is a working manager position so candidates must perform all front desk duties including: Medicaid scans, insurance verifications, answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering data into Accumed, collect co-pays, complete reports, hire and train staff and assure overall smooth running of the office.


Benefits Acquisition Care Manager – Western Region/Dubois County (Jasper)

Full Time - 1st Shift

High school diploma or GED and experience acquiring benefits for clients required. Duties include assisting clients to apply for benefits such as Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security Disability. A thorough knowledge of these entitlement programs is required. Benefit Care Managers may be required to attend determination hearings with clients. Computer literacy is needed. Other requirements include outstanding time management skills, ability to work within multiple systems and work autonomously. Travel to each of the Western Division counties is required.


Medical Billing Specialist

Duties of our Medical Billing Specialist include completing client prior authorizations, contact insurance companies regarding denials, event error corrections, data entry for specialty billing and referral management. Data entry skills are essential; experience in accounting and/or insurance billing in a medical setting preferred. Candidates must be a self-starter, have an eye for detail and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalency, 1 year of direct billing experience or additional technical training, and a minimum 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities include providing educational and skill-development activities to a variety of clients in both individual and group settings. Educational requirements include: a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or directly related human service field; valid driver’s license; available transportation; and “people” skills.
